Though not much is known about this biscuit manufactory in comparison to the others that set up shop in Winnipeg around the turn of the century. Today, we only know that this factory was located on the North side of Higgins Avenue before Argyle Street from an entry in the Henderson's directory of the City of Winnipeg and incorporated towns of Manitoba published in 1884, where it is listed as Woods, Ovens & Co. Biscuit Bakers.
