Grand Pacific Hotel

This hotel no longer exists, but if it still stood, it would be located at approximately 217 Market Avenue, just north of Winnipeg's old city hall.

According to an article written in the Real Estate News from July of 2005 discussing the histories of Winnipeg's early hotels, "The Grand Pacific Hotel wasn’t exactly structurally sound. In August 1893, its east wall collapsed and flattened the next-door Wilson’s Furniture store on Market Street."

Seven Oaks House Museum & Ross House Museum sit on Treaty One land:
The traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg and Ininíwak, the land of the Dakota and the homeland of the Red River Métis.
